SOBRE

To delve into this topic, you need to participate in the hands-on workshop understanding the advantages of using graft from the maxillary tuberosity. Once you finish the training, you will have understood the potential of grafting hard and soft tissues in tissue regeneration and its applicability in your patients. You will be trained by the creator of the RDI technique (Dr. José Carlos Martins da Rosa) and learn how to deal with compromised sockets and healed sites using the gold standard graft: the maxillary tuberosity graft. Dr. Rosa has over 20 years of experience in this field. The objective is to teach all possibilities of grafting from the donor area of the maxillary tuberosity such as bone grafts and soft tissue grafts with practical exercises of the techniques for skill development. With this new program, participants will be able to undergo specialized training on models specially developed for this course and take advantage of using the maxillary tuberosity graft in rehabilitations. Come and live this incredible experience with us.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

◾Diagnosis, alternatives and decision

◾Minimally invasive bone augmentation: the "carrot technique"

◾Safe bone block collection technique

◾Split bone block technique and biological concept

◾Vertical 3D bone augmentation: the "box technique"

◾Pedunculated connective tissue flap technique.

◾Soft tissue management for graft protection and soft tissue augmentation

◾Papilla reconstruction techniques

◾Soft tissue management for long-term stability: "Kazanjian vestibuloplasty"

◾Prevention and treatment of intra- and postoperative complications.
